Blackjack Is Like A Wild Ride
Sunday, 12. July 2026
black jack is a game that somehow reminds me of a wild ride. It’s a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops.
Blackjack is so much like a roller coaster the similarities are creepy. As with the popular fairground ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will appear to be going well for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. You must be a black jack player that will be able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game simply because the game of blackjack is awash with them.
If you like the mini coaster, one that will not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the coaster ride is with a bigger wager, then hop on board for the mad ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster crazy ride because they are not considering the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you do not, you will not naturally recall how much you enjoyed the view while your cash was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a nice ride … your head in the air. As you are remembering "what ifs", you won’t remember how "high up" you went but you will always remember that devastating fall as clear as day.
