I have bet on millions of rounds of 21. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years back with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a number of days ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Bet 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20

Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40

Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager

Wager 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original one hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!

It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.

Counting cards is an ability that is used by gamblers of card games to obtain an opportunity by following cards that have been dealt. This provides the player a notion of the sum of cards, which have to be dealt with. Card counting is an ability that has more use in chemin de fer than in other card game.

In twenty-one, a gambler has an advantage when the remaining deck houses "high cards." High cards should be faces or aces. The counter in the gambling den takes advantage of these circumstances by placing larger bets, as and when they occur. A good many skillful players use the makeup of the shoe to adjust their overall course of action. Fairly new gamblers on occasion have problems while engaged in fast card counting and might be prone to errors, when it comes to working with dealt cards. Vingt-et-un card counting is an industry by itself. Millions are won or squandered, both by the gamblers and the gambling dens, based on card counting methods in play.
