I have enjoyed countless of hands of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of cash at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is centered on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!

You need to comprehend that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Wager 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet

Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of $10

Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 wager

Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20

Bet twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet

Wager 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial one hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
